At Powersoft19, we are looking for a Technical Content Writer, preferably with a graduation in Computer Sciences or Electrical Engineering. As a technology consulting outsourcing firm, we solve complex technology solutions, and we are looking for a creative mindset with strong technical acumen. As a member of Interactive Media Solutions (IMS), you will have a great opportunity to work with and learn from world-class 3D Artists, Graphic Designers, and animators and at the same time interact with other core engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Work with internal teams and offshore clients to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements, and create user guides accordingly.
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
- Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for the greatest reader comprehension.
- Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions to minimize dependencies.
- Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately understood and incorporated into the impacted documents.
- Review and/or copyedit content developed by other members of the team.
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text and tutorials to help end-users use various applications.
